## Introduction

This week’s featured keyboard is the **NuPhy WH80**, an ambitious new model from a brand known for blending high-end design with top-tier performance.
It brings "Magnetic Hall Effect" switches to the forefront while achieving something few competitors have: **Tri-Mode connectivity**.

> A game-changer for users who have been waiting for a wireless magnetic switch experience without sacrificing performance.

## Key Features

- **Tri-Mode Connectivity**: A rare feat for magnetic keyboards, supporting Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.1. Enjoy a clutter-free desk for daily use and switch to wired for serious gaming.
- **True 8K Polling Rate**: Delivers up to an 8000Hz polling rate in wired mode, minimizing input latency for near-instantaneous reactions in competitive play.
- **Next-Gen Magnetic Switches & Rapid Trigger**: Features adjustable actuation points (down to 0.1mm) and Rapid Trigger for lighting-fast counter-strafing and movement in FPS titles.
- **NuPhy’s Signature Build Quality**: An 80% (TKL) layout with NuPhy’s iconic aesthetic. The internal sound-dampening structures ensure a refined typing sound, far removed from the hollow clack of many gaming boards.

## Why Tri-Mode Magnetic Switches Matter

Due to power consumption and signal stability requirements, most magnetic keyboards have historically been limited to a wired-only connection.

The NuPhy WH80 breaks this mold, allowing users to **seamlessly switch between a wireless productivity setup and a high-performance 8K wired gaming rig.** Furthermore, NuPhy’s expertise in acoustic engineering (using silicone dampeners) aims to deliver a premium typing experience that matches its high-speed performance.

## Conclusion

The NuPhy WH80 is a rare gem that balances the raw performance of magnetic switches with the sheer convenience of wireless connectivity. For gamers who refuse to compromise on either aesthetics or "end-game" specs, the WH80 stands as a top-tier contender for your next daily driver.
