Cherry MX2A Red is the updated linear MX switch with a red POM stem with anti-wobble ribs, black nylon top and bottom housings, and an updated barrel-shaped diamond-polished stainless-steel spring. It actuates at 45cN over 2.00mm pre-travel and 4.00mm total travel, ships factory-lubed with high-precision ring lubrication on the bottom housing, uses Cherry's Gold Cross Point Contact System, and is rated for 100 million actuations.
