Keyboard Overview
The KBDfans Agar Mini is a custom 40% (13U) aluminum keyboard kit with a staggered, HHKB-inspired layout and a 9-degree typing angle. It uses a proprietary silicone PCB-gasket mounting system and ships in three PCB variants: wired QMK (VIA/VIAL), dual-mode ZMK wireless (800mAh battery), and an EC edition. Plate options include aluminum, FR4, polycarbonate and carbon fiber; hotswap PCBs accept MX-style switches.
