The HHKB Hybrid Type-S is a compact 60% (60-key) capacitive keyboard using Topre Silent 45g electrostatic switches with sound-dampening for a quiet, smooth keystroke. The frame and keycaps are dye-sublimated PBT, and the layout places Control on the home row for reduced finger travel. It connects wired via USB-C or wirelessly to up to four devices over Bluetooth, runs on two AA batteries, and offers six DIP switches plus key-mapping software and three-stage adjustable feet.
