Switch Overview

Wingtree Matcha Cream is a factory-lubed tactile switch designed by Zuoce. It keeps the distinctive texture and sound character of an OG scratchy-feel switch while using a deliberately restrained lubrication approach to control unwanted noise and retain a tactile, textured press. The 3.8mm total travel was selected for a more responsive, connected feel after the tactile event. Compared with a longer 4.0mm tactile travel, it helps keep the return from feeling abrupt while maintaining a clear, satisfying bottom-out. For this textured tactile switch, lubrication is carefully controlled: the stem feet and corresponding metal contact are lubricated, the spring receives a light coat, and the spring seat and necessary stem-to-top-housing contact points receive targeted lubrication. The result retains the intended textured sound, feel, and character while reducing unwanted noise.
