Switch Overview

The EMO was initially assumed to be a recolor of the Cloud switch, and Unikeys did not carry it at first. However, once tested, it sounds and feels different from most HMX switches. The difference may not be huge, but it isn't as sharp or high-pitched as typical HMX switches — it's clacky but pleasant to listen to. The bottom-out isn't harsh, leaning slightly softer and easy to type on. In short, it's 'subtle.' That said, it's still unmistakably an HMX switch, just with its known characteristics toned down a little.
