The Orange Silent Light Tactile is a soft-bumped silent tactile from Wingtree, built in a full orange housing with a translucent amber window in the top. Silicone dampening absorbs the bottom-out and the return, so the tactile event stays present while the noise does not. The POM stem, PC top housing, and nylon bottom housing give a smooth stroke with a warm, muffled character. At 40g operating force the bump arrives gently, then the force curve ramps to a 55g bottom-out — a light entry into the keypress with a firm floor underneath it. With a 2.5mm pre-travel and 3.6mm total travel on a 16mm KOS single-stage spring, Orange gives you a full-depth stroke rather than a short one, which suits typists who like to feel the whole keypress. Orange ships factory lubed and uses a five-pin dustproof stem wall design, so it drops straight into PCB-mount boards and feels consistent out of the bag.
