Switch Overview

One of the earliest HMX switches to use the UPE stem, and the first to pair a UPE stem with the P4 bottom housing. The PA12 top housing is very smooth with a subtle, pleasant top-out sound, while the P4 bottom housing gives a thocky, clacky, vibrant bottom-out. Paired with the modified UPE stem, Purple Dawn sounds poppy with a thocky note, and stays fairly muted because UPE is one of the more muted materials in the hobby. Feeling-wise they are very smooth with a clean, solid bottom-out. HMX strengthened its UPE material for durability, since pure UPE breaks easily.
