Gateron Icey Spring

The Gateron Icey Spring is a mid-frequency linear switch born from a 'Franken' concept combining a Gateron Pure Berry stem with an HG Black housing. It's designed to perform well both foamless and in full-foam builds. The PA66 top housing, manufactured by Gateron, is based on the original stitched-switch design, offering smooth travel and a distinctive return sound that in testing approaches or even surpasses the original build. The bottom housing shares the original mold, preserving a muted, thick, and consolidated bottom-out character. A dedicated two-stage extended POM stem further consolidates and cleans up the bottom-out sound. Despite the extended design, it maintains a comfortable 3.7mm total travel.
