Switch Overview
The Gateron Green Apple is a full-POM tactile switch, using POM for both the housings and the stem. POM has a low coefficient of friction, giving minimal scratchiness while typing, along with a deep sound profile. Factory lubrication adds smoothness and further sound dampening, and the switches are lubricated well enough from the factory that additional lubrication is not required.
